• Alcatel-Lucent/TCS Short Message Service Center (SMSC)—a feature-rich, carrier-grade messaging platform designed to help carriers increase the average revenue per user (APRU). TCS' SMSC is highly interoperable, serves as the inter-carrier messaging foundation for a wide variety of SS7  Short Message Peer-to-Peer Protocol (SMPP), and mobile broadband solutions.
• Message Notification Center—provides a vital service for businesses and consumers by sending non-intrusive Short Message Service (SMS) notification to wireless devices whenever a message is left on a customer’s landline phone.
• Messaging Portal—a carrier-branded portal that integrates disparate wireless and wireline location, messaging, and data applications into one user-friendly interface. Utilizing the Portal, carriers can offer subscribers a personalized, online Web site where they can choose and manage alerts, messages, content, and location services.

• Wireless Intelligent Gateway—a robust, resilient, and reliable multimedia messaging gateway that intelligently routes short message service (SMS), emergency medical services (EMS), and multimedia messaging service (MMS) messages. The WIG enables operator-controlled, seamless message transmission between wireless devices and Internet protocol (IP) services.
