Many of today’s missions are carried out by small groups under hostile conditions dispersed in various battlefield locations. Warfighters’ ability to set up communications systems rapidly and exchange rich information in real-time is critical not only to personal survival, it’s vital to mission success.

Introducing the Wireless Point-to-Point Link-Lite (WPPL-Lite) system from TCS. Offering enhanced voice, video, and data communications capabilities over terrestrial microwave radio, the WPPL-Lite extends SATCOM-connected local area networks to the theatre’s very edge.  

Powerful Wireless Comms With Enhanced Flexibility

The TCS WPPL-Lite system employs a hub-and-spoke configuration--an approach ideal for both line-of-site (LOS) and non-line-of-sight (NLOS) communications through point-to-point and point-to-multipoint transmission. And it trumps conventional two-way and land mobile radio systems because it provides enhanced voice, video, and data.

Plus, the TCS WPPL-Lite system offers the most important benefits of the WPPL-D, including two frequency ranges, a 20MHz channel size, and a range of up to 15 miles for both LOS and NLOS comms.

Best of all, we built the TCS WPPL-Lite  system with small tactical teams in mind, so the lightweight system weighs less than 300 lbs when packed.
