ANNAPOLIS, MD, May 11, 2011 -- TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a world leader in highly reliable and secure mobile communication technology, today announced that it will formally dedicate its new technology facility located in Hanover, Maryland with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 18. The event will feature remarks by Congressman C. A. Dutch Ruppersberger and county and state representatives. The new 36,000 square foot building that features state-of-the-art technology will be home to the company's cybersecurity group, Art of Exploitation University, satellite operations center, and East Coast lab and data center.
