Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Has Posted an Updated Investor Presentation Related to Comtech's Planned Acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc.


January 29, 2016 -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) announced today that an updated investor presentation has been posted to Comtech's website at www.comtechtel.com and has been filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

The investor presentation is intended to be used from time to time in connection with presentations to various audiences. The presentation provides information related to Comtech's planned acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., highlights the strategic benefits of the acquisition, and illustrates the anticipated combined organizational structure and future segment reporting. The transaction is expected to close in mid-to-late February, but no later than March 22, 2016.
