President of Mission-Critical Technologies
has been President of Comtech's Mission-Critical Technologies since February 2017. Prior to joining Comtech, he served in various leadership roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he led various domestic and international programs in multiple domains to include underseas systems, ground-based and airborne radars, and ground communication systems. Most recently he served as Program Director for International Business Unit in Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector. Previously he worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Mr. Atcheson is also a Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. He has led Marines in various tactical and operational billets and served on Marine Corps and Joint staffs in both the active and reserve components. Mr. Atcheson is a veteran of Operation Restore Hope and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Atcheson graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Science degree in financial management.
